California Notice at Collection

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California consumers may be entitled to certain notices and disclosures regarding the collection and use of their Personal Information. This page is intended to provide the Notice at Collection required under the CCPA.

You may also exercise your right to opt out of the sale of personal information through an authorized agent. An authorized agent must be registered with the California Secretary of State. If a consumer uses an authorized agent to exercise these opt out rights, then we may require the customer to verify their own identity with us and acknowledge that they provided the agent with written permission to act on the consumer’s behalf.
