Local Mentorship to Global Movement

Symphonic created Women Empowered+ to connect emerging talent with established professionals who provide real guidance, industry insight, and meaningful support. Through structured mentorship, participants gain a deeper understanding of the music business, refine their focus, and strengthen their skills alongside some of the industry’s leading voices.

What began as a mentorship initiative has evolved into a global network spanning the U.S., Europe, Mexico, Colombia, Spain, Puerto Rico, the Dominican Republic, Brazil, and Africa.

Program Commitment

Women Empowered+ is built on a shared commitment between mentors and mentees to create meaningful mentorship relationships.

Mentors commit to:

  • Meeting with their mentee one hour per month for six months
  • Sharing career insights and guidance

Mentees commit to:

  • Preparing for and scheduling monthly meetings
  • Bringing goals, questions, and openness to feedback

As a result, mentors and mentees build supportive relationships that encourage growth and connection across the global music industry.
