That Apple Account is operated by Symphonic Distribution as a service account for an internal back-office automation. It is not a personal account and it is not used by or on behalf of any customer.
Symphonic Distribution operates no outbound SMS or MMS program on this number. It sends no marketing, promotional, transactional, informational or conversational messages from it, to anyone. The number exists solely as a delivery endpoint for authentication codes generated by Apple.

No third-party telephone numbers are stored or processed in connection with it.
